The Be BRAVE
Initiative

Acknowledge your self worth,
ditch your imposter syndrome,
you are enough.

Want to help improve your relationship with yourself and others?

The be BRAVE initiative is based on a 5-step proven formula that has been successfully used with hundreds of women to help them improve their relationship with themselves and others, and be open to opportunities.

My gift to you is free access to my Be BRAVE mini-course, just click the link below!

For those of you who want to delve deeper, the Be Brave Collective is the ultimate monthly membership, packed with resources such as the pre-recorded videos and workbooks, plus the online monthly circle-time workshop to really get to the heart of the matter.

And for those of you looking for a corporate workshop for your business, we have that too. Take a look at how we do it.

What are the 5 steps?

Be BRAVE consists of 5 steps to get you where you need to be.

Belonging - Being part of something where you can be your whole authentic self, where you are accepted unconditionally and without judgement

Relationships - Improving your relationship with yourself, because you are the only person you have to live with for the rest of your life, and you want that relationship to be a good one, and creating healthy fulfilling relationships with others, and work

Achievement - Celebrating and anchoring achievements to boost your confidence & self-esteem

Validation - Learning to validate yourself rather than always looking to others for approval

Elevation - How you can surround yourself with the people, ideas and feelings that elevate you

Each of these elements has an impact on self-worth, confidence and beliefs about yourself and your place in the world. When you believe you are not enough & are driven by fear and guilt it’s hard to have healthy boundaries, put yourself forward for things, and ditch imposter syndrome, which holds women back from happiness and success.

How does the Be Brave Initiative help?

The Be BRAVE Initiative supports all women, promoting equity, retention & representation in organisations by:

Helping women build an emotional & mental toolkit to deal with common issues like anxiety, bullying, stress, imposter syndrome, people-pleasing, taking on too much, a lack of healthy boundaries, low confidence and self-esteem, and the 3 Ms, menstruation, maternity and menopause, so that they feel supported and able to seek support when needed, without fear of being overlooked or devalued.

Helping women discover their value and what they contribute over & above their role description, just by being authentically them, and helping them articulate their value when going for promotion, and reviews.

Helping women shift the paradigm of feeling less than, not good enough or too much, so they stop censoring themselves and holding back from success and stepping into leadership roles as their whole self, so that they can create a more diverse workforce, with a broader understanding of the people and communities it represents.

Claire

Here’s how the Be Brave Initiative helped Claire:

We looked at how her past had affected her, specifically her mum normalising critical and controlling behaviour. We learned that to not be told off as much, she had been pleasing her mother and anticipating mum's needs and moods. Teaching her that feeling safe meant managing others by being empathic. In the present this played out at work with people-pleasing, taking on too much, and not being able to say 'No'.

Her empathic nature and need to feel safe, meant she was doing lots but not performing to the best of her abilities. She was hiding behind looking after and being useful to others. We worked on what it would mean for her to be seen and what it felt like to let go of trying to manage other people's emotions and behaviours.

I helped her develop strategies to unlearn the need to people please, manage others, and to show her abilities and strengths without fear of judgement and criticism using the Be BRAVE framework. Working together with me, she developed trust and confidence in sharing who she was, and allowed herself to shine. She found that she developed an easy assertiveness that helped her impress her boss when delivering a project. She was then promoted to project manager!

Here's what Lynne had to say

Thank you Charlotte for taking me on this incredible journey of self discovery and self awareness. It showed me what I needed and how to achieve it. It made me feel so empowered!
The amazing women that took this journey with me were so supportive and we had (and still have) a wonderful sense of sisterhood.

Bringing the workshops to your workplace

Retaining valuable employees, with the skills, experience and knowledge to do the job well makes financial and business sense.

Retaining women in their careers with the challenges they face means understanding their issues, providing support and creating equitable practices and policies.

This is even more pertinent when you consider that women often leave work when they are unsupported through significant life events such as childbirth, menopause and caring responsibilities

To talk through your needs and book your Be BRAVE Workshop please contact Charlotte using the details at the bottom of this page. Workshops can be delivered online or in-person, as a one off introducing the framework, or as an in-depth introducing the framework and exploring each area in more detail with practical examples, and an industry specific discussion.
